Network Licensing and Usage Criteria

By creating an active Muskan Club login, downloading the application, or interacting with any element of our prediction interface, you agree exclusively to the execution rules established within this document. You are granted a limited, highly personal, non-transferable right to interact with the mobile application architecture strictly for intended recreational predictive analysis.

Access to the Muskan Club is strictly restricted to individuals currently residing in legal operational jurisdictions who have undeniably obtained the age of 18 years or older. Fraudulent misrepresentation of your age or geographic location explicitly constitutes a direct violation of these terms and will trigger an immediate architectural ban.

Prohibited Scripts, Bots, and Automation

The integrity of the Muskan Club algorithmic matrix relies on fairness. Any attempt to interact with the servers beyond standard human parameters is aggressively monitored. This includes the forbidden injection of malicious data packets, utilizing automated scraping modules or web-crawlers, integrating predictive AI execution tools to place bets automatically, or manipulating network delays using artificial latency configurations.

The Muskan Club autonomic security servers will automatically blacklist, isolate, and lock any digital wallets fundamentally associated with accounts mathematically flagged for unauthroized digital cheating. Confiscated capital resulting from a cheating ban is generally non-recoverable.

User Liability and Operational Security

You are entirely, solely responsible for securing your own login parameters, mobile device, and password iterations. The Muskan Club will not be held liable for capital lost due to users exposing their encrypted passwords, falling victim to third-party phishing networks outside our official domain, or lending their mobile device to unauthorized third parties who execute unapproved predictions.

If you believe your account architecture has been compromised, you must immediately interface with our internal support module to initiate a localized wallet freeze.

Modifications to Terms

The administrators of Muskan Club reserve the unmitigated right to modify, adjust, or completely overhaul these terms at any time to comply with shifting Indian digital entertainment legislation. Significant structural changes to these rules will be broadcasted to your dashboard via the in-app notification terminal.
